The building has 24/7 on site security and CCTV on all hallways, an underground convenience store and close proximity to the city centre, Rogers place, Canada place and the Edmonton Expo Centre.
The space
The unit features two large windows for natural light and an amazing downtown view, living room area with high speed internet, a full kitchen (cookware,dinnerware,cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, rice maker, kettle, microwave and oven, a dedicated dining, comfortable workspace, in-suite laundry, a furnished bedroom and a bathroom all to a private and enjoyable short or long-term stay.
NOTE- There is no parking included in the reservation as the building has no dedicated parking space. There are paid parkades all around the loft(Rice Howard, Scotia Place, Library and Westin parkades) or city paid street parking. Please check for rates and early bird access prior to arrival.
Guest access
Guest will have the entire apartment to themselves.
Check in details are sent prior to your arrival. There is a keyfob for subsequent entry into the building.

-There is no smoking allowed.
-Kindly leave footwear at entrance mat
-No parties allowed
-No unregistered guests
-Noise should be kept to a reasonable level to respect other residents.

The place is so homey, host was great but takes a bit long to reply. Still it was an amazing stay.

The host was really nice, did a lot with the place.
There were a lot of marks on the floor and some holes in the walls.
The building itself was very run down, with 2 of the 3 elevators not working. We often heard fights in the building and had to help a young girl who had been in a physical altercation.
We left our vehicle in a Howard place parkade which had security and was close to the building. It turned out to be only 12 dollars for 5pm to 9am which was great, but there were signs that my vehicle had attempted to be broken into.
We knew what to expect because it was down town, the homeless population were nice and didn’t cause any troubles.
Again, the host was lovely. The view was great and the location is convenient as its right amongst everything.
