There is also restaurants connected to the building and a liquor, cannabis, and convenience store all located in the lower level direct access from the elevator inside also connected to the LRT transit system.
Parking is not inlcuded. There is a public parkade located directly beside the condo that has parking options for a fee it is less than a minute walk from the condo!

The unit was nice for my girlfriend and I as we were in town for an Oilers game. Very close to Roger’s place and the city centre mall. Nice view of the river valley from the window.
The front door of the unit was located right next to the entrance of the centre train station which had quite the cast of characters hanging around. We were used to that as Calgary has the same social problems but if you’re not used to that then I could see it being jarring and or scary.
Overall we had a nice stay and would stay again in the future.

Awesome location, great communication from the host, and it was very clean. Access was easy and neighbors were very quiet. The only (minor) complaint would be that the fold-out couch bed was not the comfiest.

The bedroom in the suite doesn't have floor to ceiling walls which reduces privacy from the rest of the condo. The bedroom also has an office desk in it that's too big for the space so you risk bumping into the corner edge or stubbing your toe on it at night. On the first night, strong smells from the neighbors cooking onions next door filled the apartment.
