We are a family of three traveling with a 17 year old daughter. The home is located in a very safe area. There are some shops nearby including groceries. You can safely walk there. It's very close. There was ample parking in front of the home. We never had to worry about our vehicle being broken into or that there would be no parking for us. Check-in to the home is simple and the suite is very nice. The washroom was exceptional. I wish ours looked like that. We never ran out of hot water during our showers. I would definitely recommend this basement suite to anyone traveling to Edmonton.

Great stay — clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Loved the heated bathroom floor, and the host was very accommodating with a late checkout. Would definitely stay again!

The suite was beautiful! It was exactly as described on the listing. It was easy to find and ample street parking. Very close to several amenities and public transportation. We enjoyed the stay. Will recommend to family and friends for any future visits.
