This basement suite is bright, airy, and fresh. The main area has an open flow between the kitchen and living room. Spacious 2 bedroom with closets & double beds. Suite is fully furnished, including high speed WIFI, TELUS Optic TV,LCD TV. Kitchen has stove, microwave, dishwasher & Fridge. 1 full bathroom & a laundry room. Non smoking. Separate entrance and street parking available.

Clean and beautiful space, we had everything we needed and the hosts were communicating well. The upstairs tenants were not that noisy, only heard the sounds of them moving around now and then. Access to the unit was easy and it is very central to so many places close by.
Downsides are that the beds squeek a lot, and the kitchen sponges were old and gross. We used our own.

The property was fairly clean and well kept. Nice location with close access to transit and amenities. Good response time from owner when questions were asked.

My colleague and I stayed here for a week in June 2024. We appreciated the private entrance to the basement suite, as well as the high ceilings, as it didn't feel like a cramped basement suite. We used the full kitchen, preparing several meals there. The kitchen was good, but missing a few things (knives, mixing bowls, scissors). The beds and pillows were very comfortable! The owner was responsive when we had concerns about the noise level upstairs, and he took care of it right away.
