This location is incredibly central to everywhere we wanted to drive in the city. I’m no fan of its proximity to shelters etc., but it’s an urban core neighborhood and like other such neighborhoods in any other city in North America, this is just the way it is. Very nice unit, very clean with everything you need. Downside is mattresses were incredibly firm, the sofa while very nice looking was hard. It would have been helpful if there were instructions regarding the television. All in all, excellent host and unit. Next time I’m in Edmonton, I really hope this place will be available.

Area has a lot of homeless people. If you can get past this, then it is the perfect place to be close to downtown at a reasonnable price
