About this house rental
Spend the evening on your private deck, then come inside to a gas fire and a movie in the vaulted living room. Liquid Lodge Upper puts you about a five-minute drive from the Killington slopes, with four bedrooms for up to 9 guests and two living areas for the hours between outings. Checkout is at 1 PM, so you can sit down to breakfast before packing up.
ROOM TO GATHER AND SPREAD OUT
The main living room has a gas fireplace and Smart TV. A separate wood-paneled lounge gives part of the group somewhere else to settle in without taking over the movie room. Cook in the full kitchen and eat together in the dining area, or use the grill and seating on the deck.
A loft workspace and WiFi let you check in with work when needed. The mudroom has storage for skis, snowboards and boots, and stacked laundry is available inside the unit.
FOUR BEDROOMS, TWO FULL BATHROOMS
- Main level bedroom: one queen bed.
- Second main level bedroom: one queen bed.
- Upper level bedroom: one queen bed.
- Upper level bunk room: one bunk bed and one additional twin bed.
The two full bathrooms are on separate levels, each with a tub/shower combination. Stairs connect the levels. Maximum occupancy is 9 guests.
PRIVATE DECK AND HOT TUB
Your deck has a grill, outdoor seating and a hot tub reserved for the Upper Unit. The private hot tub is included during peak ski season, from late December through mid March. At other times, an optional $195 setup fee applies.
AN UPPER DUPLEX WITH ITS OWN SPACE
This listing is for the Upper Unit, not the entire house. The Lower Unit has a separate entrance and may be occupied during your stay. Your kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, deck and hot tub are private. Only the driveway is shared.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Your Digital Boarding Pass includes arrival directions, the Upper Unit entrance details, home instructions and guest contacts. Your smart lock code appears two hours before check-in. Checkout is at 1 PM.
Before leaving, turn off lights and electronics, and set the heat to 60 degrees F in winter. Close and lock doors and windows. Leave used towels together in the bathrooms, and load and start the dishwasher. Follow the trash instructions in the Boarding Pass; if you use a trash bin or dumpster, relock it securely.
SKI SAVINGS WITH YOUR STAY
Book with us and save on ski and snowboard rentals through our local partners. Guests also have access to a limited number of discounted Killington lift tickets.
PLEASE NOTE
- The primary renter must be at least 25, and a rental agreement must be e-signed before arrival.
- No pets, parties or events.
- Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be considerate of neighbors and guests in the Lower Unit.
- No smoking or vaping inside the unit or on the deck.
- Shower before hot tub use and secure the cover afterward.
- Store skis, snowboards and boots in the mudroom, not in bedrooms.
