Comfortable. Pleasant with lots of room

The spa was closed but we probably wouldn’t have used it

For the end of season lower prices, this rental is fine. I would not pay more for it though. Having access to the spa is a great bonus, we enjoyed the spa.

The apartment is very gloomy. Almost no natural light enter through the windows, and there are not enough light fixtures to compensate for it. Upon arrival the temperature was frigid, it took several hours to warm it up. There is only a thin extra blanket provided, would be better if there would be more. No kettle at all, had to use a pot to boil water for tea. No hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes on. As others noted, the bathroom is dated with peeling ceiling etc but everything was clean, its just an old apartment.

It was comfortable for us.

The dryer didn’t work, we left with a load of wet clothes. And the couch/bed hadn’t been cleaned.

The location was convenient, but no shuttle available, which was fine for us but would have been a nice option. The spa facility was great to have.

The primary bathroom condition was very bad. Mold on the ceiling and damages throughout the bathroom and ceiling. Not enough bedding to keep warm at night. The unit needs updating. Our biggest disappointment was that the game room that is in the listing photos does not exist and has not for several years. Our kids were really looking forward to that. Also, kids under 14 were not allowed in the hot tub.
