River Birch Suite - Modern luxury condo, perfectly situated close to the mountain and Killington night life, w seasonal heated saltwater pool.
Private entryway accessing our two units - main condo with king bed in master bedroom, living area with 2 sofa beds and gas fireplace, dining area, updated kitchen w Island, 2 bathrooms, private patio and BBQ; and a studio suite with queen bed, twin/full futon bunk and 3rd bathroom.

Guest access
The condo is exclusively yours. You`ll have full access to both units 612 and 613 that share a private entryway, with contactless check in and check out.
Other things to note
• The outdoor heated pool is open during the summer months (Memorial Day to mid-September) from 8am to 8pm.
• We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this property.
• We’ll send you smart lock codes for easy, contactless check-in and check-out.
• We’re flexible with check-in/out times whenever possible, just ask!
• For your peace of mind, there`s a camera outside the condo and one in the entryway. No indoor cameras, promise!
• We have AC in the bedrooms and living room
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We may use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
• Winter weather can be tricky! No weather-related refunds, so we recommend leave yourself plenty of time for your travels. All-wheel drive & winter tires are a good idea too.
• Important Water Information: Killington Center uses a regularly tested, state-regulated private well, typical for Killington. Under the current posted notice, bottled water must be used for drinking, cooking, and all consumption-related purposes; complimentary bottled water is provided in the foyer. Tap water may be used for showering, washing, and other non-consumption uses. The notice relates to naturally occurring minerals in the local geology, including iron and manganese, which are monitored and may change over time.
