This property is huge. You open the door into the entryway and see a pool table and behind it a kitchen ( well stocked), behind that is the bar area with seating and a big TV. Then a huge living area with multiple couches and another TV. There is a large master bedroom off of this area. The next level has more bedrooms and a laundry area and a third level with a couple more bedrooms, living area and sauna. The outdoor fire pit and hot tub were fabulous. There was plenty of provided firewood and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting around the fire, roasting s'mores and taking turns in the hot tub. There are so many different areas in this house that even with 11 of us anyone who wanted a quiet area could find one. There is a massive oven/stove/ griddle that was great when cooking pizza because we could cook 2 at one time. Plenty of TVs and bathrooms, also it was well stocked with supplies. There was a smoke detector that was beeping due to a low battery, and the owner had a closet with supplies so that we got the battery changed quickly without having to call or listen to the beep for hours. It's nice to have some basic supplies in case of event like that. The big coffee maker wasn't working well and I notified the owner, Rich, who stopped by and told us he would reimburse us for a new coffee maker that we picked up. He also showed us security videos that had picked up some black bears that had come around the property the night before. We would definitely come back to this property!

The property was huge! Many rooms, including a sauna and a hot tub, which was great following long cold days at the mountain. It is a short drive from Mt. Killington and the restaurants, which was key. However, since we were planning on eating at the home, we found the kitchen was quite dirty (appliances and utensils etc). After the CO alarm that continued to go off and a smell of gas was unsettling, the host was hard to reach initially (usually responds a day later), we decided to go ahead and make a call to the fire dept and cleared up everything. Thankfully after that episode, the alarms were are changed and the smell of gas was cleared, and our host finally reported back multiple times via VRBO messenger, our stay was smooth sailing. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, which was a plus! Just the kitchen was a tad dirty, so if you are planning to cook, be prepared to wash whatever you need pretty well before using it and be prepared to use an industrial stove! We would stay again for sure despite the initial fun with the CO and gas scare!
