About this house rental
Welcome to Casa Maria - This private one story 2 bedroom house and casita with sparkling pool, covered palapa, fully walled and gated for your security and a quick 3 minute walk to the crystal clear waters of the Sea of Cortez via a neighborhood road.
Enjoy a 2 minute drive to Tres Palapas Pickleball and a 5 minute drive to beaches, restaurants, town shopping plus wind surfing, kiting boarding, scuba, kayaking, snorkeling, horseback riding, ATV rentals and more. Perfect for a fun getaway.
The space
Hello - we hope you love it here and enjoy yourself!
The main house and main bedroom are separated by a breezeway. Kitchen and great room with half bath on one side and large king bedroom with full large bathroom on the other side. Patio all the way around the buildings and shade covered between the two and on the backside. Full washer and dryer outside under stairs to the rooftop, where wonderful views of the Sea of Cortez are had.
Separate additional casita has a king bed, futon couch, full bath, plus mini fridge and outdoor kitchen with large covered palapa patio.
There is an outdoor gas grill, outdoor seating and dining furniture.
The pool is 7' x 18' x 5' deep with Baja shelf for sun bathing plus lounges and reading chairs. Grounds are maintained professionally. The pool has no safety fencing or other safety features.
Kitchen includes dishes, glasses, wine glasses, margarita glasses, silverware, knives, various kitchen utensils, pots, pans, mixing and storage bowls, blender, toaster, microwave, range/oven, fridge/freezer with two ice makers, walk-in pantry.
Guest access
The entire property is at your disposal except the locked closets on the outside of the main home, which contain the propane tank and hot water heaters and the pool room, where the pump and filter are located.
