Your vacation home at “Am Ginkgo Baum” consists of two vacation apartments, each accommodating 2 people. The first apartment is located in the basement, and the second apartment is on the mezzanine level of the house in the spa district, just about 5 minutes from Brunnenstraße.
The one-room mezzanine apartment measures 70 m². This apartment has hardwood floors, so dogs are not allowed here.
Each apartment features a separate kitchen with built-in cabinets and a stove, a shower and toilet, a hair dryer, as well as a TV and Wi-Fi. There are plenty of secure bicycle parking spaces available for your use.
You can access your fully equipped vacation apartment through your own private entrance.
A seating area on the balcony or terrace with access to the garden offers you a relaxing setting to wind down at the end of your day.

Your comfortable vacation home is located in the spa district, just a few minutes’ walk from Brunnenstraße. It’s just a 2-minute walk to the weekly market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings to pick up fresh rolls. Additional shopping options are available in the immediate vicinity.
