It comfortably sleeps 6 across five beds: one king, two queens, and two twins. The main house has 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, and a room with 2 twins); the guest house has 1 bedroom with a queen. Every one of the four bedrooms has its own private bathroom, for a total of 4.5 baths.



Guest Access:

You'll have the entire property to yourselves—both the main house and the connected guest house, booked together as one private retreat. That includes exclusive use of every bedroom and bathroom, the full main-house kitchen and the guest-house kitchenette, the laundry, the two-car garage and driveway, and all of the outdoor decks, patios, and fire-pit lounges. The whole place is yours for the length of your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Ridgewell sits on a quiet cul-de-sac in the wooded hills of Bella Vista, located at the southeastern edge of Lake Windsor. It's a peaceful, tree-lined setting with forest views from nearly every window, yet you're minutes from the best of Northwest Arkansas. The London boat ramp on Lake Windsor and Kingswood Golf Course are right around the corner, and Bella Vista is home to seven lakes, seven public golf courses, and 110+ miles of hiking and biking trails. Downtown Bentonville—with Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, the Walmart AMP, and a celebrated food and coffee scene—is under a 20-minute drive. Cyclists have it especially good here: you're just minutes from the area's new bike lift and surrounded by trails in every direction—the property even backs right up to the Tweety Bird Trail.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to explore Bella Vista and Northwest Arkansas, and the home has a two-car garage plus additional driveway parking. Downtown Bentonville is about 15–20 minutes away, with Rogers, Pinnacle Hills shopping and dining, and Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA) all within easy reach. Cyclists have direct access to Bella Vista's extensive paved and mountain-bike trail network, part of the renowned Northwest Arkansas trail system.

Ridgewell is brand-new construction in a natural, wooded, hilly setting—expect mature trees, some sloping terrain outdoors, and the quiet that comes with it. The main house and guest house are always rented together as one property. The main house features a striking modern open-riser staircase, so please keep an eye on young children. The home has two laundry areas—a dedicated laundry room in the main house plus a second, smaller laundry nook in the guest house. Entertainment is kept simple and intentional: there is one TV, located in the main house's downstairs living room, plus a Bluetooth projector in the guest house. To keep our home fresh and allergen-free for all guests, we kindly ask that no pets stay at the property.
