Enjoy time away at this newly remodeled townhome within walking distance to the lake. Two docks and a boat launch free for guests. Bring your kayaks, boat, swimsuits, and bikes for a wonderful time in the Bella Vista outdoors. In the home, you will find a big kitchen complete with all your cooking essentials. The three bedrooms offer a king bed, queen bed, and two twin beds- as well as a king blow up mattress for a couple extra people if needed. The living room boasts lots of seating and a 55" TV for football or movie night. Comfortable, modern furnishings throughout. Relax on the big screened in deck overlooking the private backyard area. Designed to bring a peaceful oasis for guests to relax, unwind, and rejuvenate.

This was a wonderful rental. The place was very clean, beautifully decorated and very well stocked including toiletries, basic kitchen things like spices, cooking spray and olive oil, and snacks. My husband and I stayed with another couple and their two kids under the age of 6. It was stocked with toys and everyone had their own space. There is access to a dock and lake within a very short walking distance. The screened in porch is very nice with a lovely view of the backyard and woods. Super close to grocery shopping and restaurants but far enough away for privacy and a quiet setting. Very close to a trailhead for biking/hiking/running. Host was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Would highly recommend.
