Absolutely lovely for our family! There was something for everyone and it was a quick drive into Bentonville. We couldn’t believe how quiet and peaceful it was. The house was immaculate and comfy, especially with the two separate living areas. It was stocked with everything we needed. We spent some time on the water and appreciated the access to the kayak and paddleboards. Highly recommend enjoying the hot tub at night to see the beautiful starry sky!

Fantastic stay, well furnished and quality amenities. Will definitely be back when we stay in the area. Garage was nice and clean for bike storage and repair. Walk to the lake is steep but everyone enjoyed going down to the dock.

We had a fantastic stay. The home was very clean, exactly as described, and well-stocked with all the essentials (towels, soaps, paper goods, etc.), which made everything easy and comfortable.The back deck was a huge highlight. Honestly better than the pictures. Sitting in the hot tub overlooking the lake, with access to a private dock, fire pit, and even a trail right from the property made it incredibly peaceful and relaxing.Communication with the owners was excellent, and we had zero issues during our stay. Don’t hesitate to book this place.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable home for the whole family! Quiet neighborhood. Hot tub was a life saver after riding bikes. Every morning we watched deer cross through the backyard. Kayak was available for use on the lake. Host was communicative and available to answer questions. Loved our stay here!
