Built around a beautifully restored home dating to 1875, Duskhaven Estate is a boutique retreat for guests who appreciate historic character, distinctive design, and modern comfort.



The centerpiece is Duskhaven 1875, a thoughtfully restored 2000-square-foot historic home where original architectural character meets updated finishes and carefully curated furnishings. Alongside it sits The Industrial, a spacious 600-square-foot industrial-chic studio created from a former brick garage, metal shop, and creative workspace.



Together, the two accommodations create something special: room to gather when you want to be together and a completely separate space when members of your group want additional privacy.



Whether you’re sharing morning coffee, preparing dinner together in the fully stocked kitchen, enjoying an evening around the fire, challenging each other in the game room, or settling in for movies under the stars, Duskhaven Estate has been designed to make time together easy.

Originally constructed as a brick garage and later used as a working metal shop, the building eventually became the offices of a digital marketing company before being transformed into the distinctive guest retreat you see today.



The 600-square-foot studio preserves elements of its utilitarian past — including its original steel support beam and rugged metal-inspired styling — while pairing them with a crisp, modern interior designed for comfort.



With its own kitchen, bathroom, living and sleeping areas, The Industrial is ideal for members of your group who appreciate having a private retreat while remaining close to everyone staying in the main house.



The Industrial occupies the downstairs level of a two-unit building. The upstairs unit is separate and may be occupied during your stay.
