We keep our homes clean and sanitized all the time. We love plants and flowers; therefore, you will see how they cheer our surrounding outdoor areas. Apartment Size: 27.9 sq. meters/300.3 sq. feet Experience the indoor/outdoor vibe, in this secluded and private space at the rooftop of four-story apartment building. This one-bedroom apartment has one King bed that sleeps two, with comfortable mattress and beddings. You will also have a 50inch Smart TV which is Wi-Fi ready with all popular Apps. DSTV cable is also available if you want to watch News or Sports channels. Microwave and a mini refrigerator are available and also you will be able to place your belongings in a Midsize Wardrobe beside your bed. There is also a small desk and a sitting stool where you can place your laptop and do your office work. Find a comfy chair with a soft pillow and warm blanket at the corner of the room, where you can cuddle and watch your favorite NETFLIX movie. While in your bedroom, slide the glass door and step outside to the Balcony and enjoy the view of local lifestyle around the neighborhood. One step outside your bedroom door you will find a spacious bathroom, which has a water heater and a shower with two heads. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove that you can make your warm meals everyday. Microwave and all kitchen tools are available. Enjoy this spacious outdoor sitting area, with a table and three chairs. covered with an Umbrella during sunny hours, but you may fold it in the evenings to enjoy the breeze and sunset view. This outdoor area of this apartment is separated by shallow wooden fence to give you privacy from the other parts of the rooftop. NOTE: ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUSIVE (electricity, water, Wi-Fi internet) No extra charge. Laundry room, Rooftop sitting area, Parking spaces, ground level sitting area, and all other outdoor sittings are shared places. You may also go to our small staff office if you need assistance. Upon arrival, myself or one of our team members will be at the premises waiting to welcome you and assist with all your needs to make your stay comfortable. They embrace their Tanzania culture. Its ok to say Hello - "Mambo" when you feel like its ok. Outside our gate there is a street passing by and the main road (Mwinjuma rd) is about 5 min walking. Walking is safe around the area. Arikays homes are near public transportation. Many of our guests prefer to use Uber, Bolt etc. Also local taxi, Bodaboda, and bajaji are within a walking distance to catch them. Let us know how we can assist. It has a kitchen a spacious bathroom. Just be able to climb the stairs. The apartments building is surrounded with fenced wall, gate and electric fence (on top of wall fence) for maximum security. The Staff will be working daily around the building to maintain the cleanliness. Its ok to ask for assistance if in need. There is a Generator onsite in case of electric power outage. These extra items are available upon request at anytime, just ask our staff on duty.
