Apartment Size: 28.2 sq. meters/303.5 sq. feet This stylish and warm home is waiting for you. Enjoy your sleep in the cozy bedroom with a comfortable KING BED and soft beddings. There is a mid size wardrobe to keep your belongings and nice mirror on the bedroom wall. Living room has a nice sofa where you can cuddle with your pillows and soft blanket while watching a movie on Netflix or YouTube . There is smart TV with Wi-Fi ready, just grab a remote. Kitchen has all essential tools for cooking a home made meal. Bathroom has towels, toilet papers, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Enjoy your stay with no stress. NOTE: ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUSIVE (electricity, water, Wi-Fi internet) No extra charge. Enjoy the Entire apartment by yourself, with private entrance. Laundry room is available with washing machine (shared with other guest) Roof top terrace is free for all guests to enjoy the view of the local area and its surroundings and also enjoy sunset and cool breeze during the evenings. Guest can always reach me or our team member at the premises by phone or email. Neighbors are friendly and helpful in case you step outside premises. Main language spoken is Swahili. We can assist to call a Bajaji or you may use Bolt or Uber to move around the city. Local restaurants, small grocery stores and pubs are just walking distance. This area is near public transportation....many guests prefer to use Uber. Taxify, Bolt etc. Also local taxi, Bodaboda, and bajaji are within a walking distance to catch them. Be able to climb the stairs. The apartments building is surrounded with fenced wall, gate and electric fence (on top of wall fence) for maximum security. Also Cleaners will be working daily around the building to maintain the cleanliness. Its ok to ask for assistance if in need. Also, we have Generator onsite in case of electric power outage. These extra items are available upon request at anytime, just ask our staff on duty.
