Bedroom has s comfortable DOUBLE BED with nice beddings. Living room and an open kitchen have all necessary amenities that you need for your stay. Gas cooker, mini fridge, and microwave are ready to use. In the living area, find a nice warm sofa, a dining area for two with nice wooden highchairs. Find a Smart TV and WI-FI which is available for free at all times. Bathroom is fully equipped with towels, toilet papers, soap, shampoo, conditioner and cleaning tools. Shower has two heads to accommodate our guests' preferences. NOTE: ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUSIVE i(electricity, water, Wi-Fi internet) No extra charge. Please review all the details given after your booking. Kinondoni area is an nice live place. Neighbors and the locals are friendly and very helpful. They embrace their Tanzania culture. Outside our gate there is a street passing and the main road is about 5 min walking. This are is all safe to be outside or walk to a shop. Enjoy staying with locals and learn a lot. This neighborhood is friendly and surrounded by many amazing things which all together bring a good vibe such you won't feel too lonely once you step outside the premises. Public transportation (buses, bodaboda, taxis, and bajaji (most use UBER) are within 5 minutes walking. Local food restaurant, Banks, Baber shops, mini supermarkets, gas stations, church, mosque, dispensaries, are less that 10 minutes walking.
