The bedrooms provide comfortable retreats, with one featuring a bright, airy atmosphere and the other offering a unique attic-style charm with skylights. Both are equipped with cozy beds and convenient storage. The two bathrooms offer a choice of a relaxing soak in the bathtub or a refreshing shower. Outside, the small patio area provides a private outdoor space to unwind, perhaps with a morning coffee or an evening barbecue.

Guests will have access to the entire home!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in the vibrant Tooting area, 21 Bickersteth Road offers a lively neighbourhood experience. Enjoy the eclectic mix of restaurants, cafes, and shops, plus the famous Tooting Market, for a taste of local culture. With its multicultural vibe and welcoming community, Tooting is a great spot to explore.

Getting around is a breeze with Tooting Broadway Station just a short walk away, providing access to the Northern Line for easy travel across London. Bus routes are also available nearby, offering convenient options for exploring the city.

This property is a self-check-in property. You can check in at any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke odour, ash, butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum smoking fee of £300.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
