The apartment was cosy, comfortable and spacious enough for our family stay. It was generally clean and had a welcoming feel. The host was also helpful and responsive, quickly resolving the Wi-Fi and TV issues, and kindly allowed us an extra hour for check-out.
There was no Wi-Fi or working TV on the first night, although this was resolved quickly. There were no parking facilities, and only one lift was working for the entire 15-storey building, which meant very long waits. The apartment was reasonably clean overall, but the kitchen area could have been cleaned to a better standard.

Beautiful flat, near the underground station

The services are bad:
For a booking for 5 people:
2 towels
4 random cups/ mugs
No bin
No tea towels
No coffee machine
Bedding for 4
Dirty pillow case
The double bed is not standard and is too small for two people
No fob for the building and no staff to let one in.
A prolonged noise coming from the Aircon for about 2 hours after switching off.
TV is outdated and suggested connecting doesn't work.
