The flat was clean & comfortable. Quiet location. Good size kitchen. Hosts are helpful & respond in good time to messages.
Some minor scuffing on walls, otherwise no problems.

The fact that it was on the ground floor. Several issues due to the cleaner but the proper manager was quick to communicate.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable and made an odd sound. The garden was overgrown and very unsightly. When we arrived the bed had been made with wet sheets. We were offered an extra night free of charge. On a side note hearing the cleaner urinating with the door open whilst we waited to be able to actually get into the flat 30mins after check in was extremely inappropriate and no hand washing!
