Enjoy the building’s rooftop pool, hot tub, and gym, plus the convenience of being steps from charming cafés, restaurants, galleries, shops, and the vibrant local atmosphere. Los Muertos Beach and the Malecón are also within easy walking distance.
Filled with natural light and decorated in warm, contemporary tones, the space combines style and comfort in a thoughtfully designed layout.
The studio features a king-size bed, a comfortable sectional sofa, and a Smart TV, making it easy to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring the city.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen bar offers a convenient spot to enjoy breakfast, a casual meal, or your morning coffee.
A full bathroom with a walk-in shower and closet provides added comfort and convenience.

Located in the vibrant Romantic Zone, Rincón de Almas places you within easy reach of Puerto Vallarta’s renowned restaurants, cafés, bars, boutiques, galleries, and nightlife. Los Muertos Beach, the Malecón, and the charming cobblestone streets of the neighborhood are all close by.
After a day enjoying the beach or exploring the city, return home and head to the rooftop for a refreshing swim, a relaxing soak in the hot tub, or beautiful views of the ocean and surrounding mountains.
Other details to note
A construction project across the street is currently in its final stage. While most of the work has already been completed, there may still be occasional noise and some dust during business hours.
There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Monday for about 20 minutes, anytime between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., to tend to them.
You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
The number of outside visitors is limited to 2 per day and they are not allowed in the common areas.
Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.
Renters must be at least 25 years old.
Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them.
