Enjoy the vibrant nightlife and know that some nearby construction — visible from the private terrace — is part of this ever-growing neighborhood’s energy. The good news? Both the living room and bedroom are sound-insulated, so you can relax and sleep peacefully after a day (or night) of fun!
- Loss of the building access card will incur a replacement fee of $700 MXN.
-There are plants in the property and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Monday for about 20 minutes to tend to them.
- You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
- Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Beach equipment including beach chairs and an umbrella are available for use.

Elisa, our amazing concierge, was simply wonderful from start to finish of our stay! We truly appreciated her commitment to every detail, making our experience delightful.The accommodations were just as described and provided us with a very comfy home away from home!We were aware that the location was next to a lively dance club, but we didn't have any issues with noise. Just a heads up though, it could be a bit loud for some folks!

Awesome experience. Loved the location, loved the building and its amenities (used the lap pool plenty, and the rooftop hot tubs) and loved the room. The room is really nicely kept and tastefully organized. And it was stocked with all that we needed. Thanks for the stay, will surely look to rent again when we return.

Amazing host service. Apartment is well appointed, but a bit noisy with adjacent clubs so bring earplugs. Excellent central location, lack of view from room made up for by great rooftop.
