ROOFTOP AMENITIES: Unwind by a lap-sized pool, relax under sun umbrellas, enjoy outdoor meals at our grilling station, or work remotely at a stunning Parota wood table equipped with multiple power outlets.
GOURMET KITCHEN: A fully-equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and an assortment of cooking utensils is perfect for those who love to cook. Complimentary coffee and a toaster oven add those extra homey touches.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: Our elegant condo includes amenities like private washer & dryer, high speed WiFi (500mb Fiber), air conditioning, ceiling fans, a security safe, and wine fridge.
PARKING: Convenient street parking is available for free or you may opt to use nearby parking garages for a nominal fee. Rest assured, as our building maintains security staff on-site from 9AM to 5 PM, six days a week. Your ultimate comfort, convenience, and safety are our priority!

- The couch is NOT to be used as a bed; guests found using it as such risk losing their reservation. Please contact Guest Services if you want to inquire the use of the couch for sleeping purposes - additional fees apply as it needs to be properly cleaned at the end of your stay.

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Guest Services Care Team.
**Smoking in public areas is prohibited EXCEPT in the designated area on the rooftop** This home including all terraces and balconies are non smoking. There are smoke sensors throughout the home specifically monitoring for cigarette, pipe, cigar, and marijuana smoke. We will impose a $250 ionize cleaning fee to remediate smoke damage inside the unit including the balcony. The ONLY designated area for smoking is located on the rooftop. Thanks for your understanding.

Our 2 week stay at Urban II was great. The condo was displayed exactly as advertised. Very clean, stocked with all the kitchen gadgets we needed. As well as the basics to start our vacation. Having sliding veranda doors at both ends of the condo was great to let the cross breeze in during the day. We all found the location ideal and secure, central to shops, restaurants, bars and only a few blocks from the beach and the Malecon markets. Communication with both the owner and the property manager were spot on, they responded to our needs very promptly. The attendant at the front desk was also very helpful and kind with directing us on things to do in PV. We would definitely stay at Urban II in the future.
