📢 ROOFTOP MAINTENANCE NOTICE (APRIL 13 – JUNE 14): Please note that the rooftop maintenance program will take place over 9 weeks in sections to minimize disruption. THE MAIN ROOFTOP POOL (LEVEL 8) WILL BE CLOSED FROM JUNE 8–14. Jacuzzi 1 will be closed April 13–26, Jacuzzi 2 will be closed April 20–May 3, and the gym will be closed for 3 days during May 11–17. Additional temporary closures will affect the smoking area (May 4–10), south lounge area (May 25–31), and pool shower (June 1–7). Most rooftop amenities will remain open and accessible throughout the project. The pool on Level 5 will remain open and available to guests at all times during the maintenance period.

Full kitchen, king-size bed, large bathroom, washer and dryer, two Smart TVs, and access to the Pavilion building's top-notch amenities, including two pools, two hydromassage tubs, gym, and BBQ.
Located just one block from Basilio Badillo’s "Restaurant Row", home to some of the best-rated eateries and renowned galleries, and three blocks from the Romantic Zone’s famous Los Muertos Beach.
The condo is on the 6th floor at the very end of the hallway for maximum privacy and has its own private balcony, which provides natural light and air. The bedroom features a smart TV with access to Netflix and other Smart TV apps and two Alexa speakers to play music or utilize as white noise machines. Air conditioners are located in the bedroom and living area to cool off on warm days.
The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, including an oven, stovetop, microwave, and refrigerator. Meals for up to 4 can be served at the bar-style dining table or taken upstairs to the rooftop when you have friends over.

The separate rooftop (8th floor) terrace features a dipping pool, hydro massage, bar, BBQ, and lounge seating surrounded by greenery and views of Zona Romantica.

Gated building with surveillance cameras and security officers onsite 24/7. Very safe building in a safe neighborhood.
Other things to note
There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Monday for about 20 minutes, anytime between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., to tend to them.
You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. There are bars and nightclubs nearby that may cause noise, especially on weekends.

We love staying in the Romantic Zone for its amenities and charm, but it is a center of night life and very loud. This condo however is tucked away in the building and quiet. The best of both worlds!

Overall, I really enjoyed my time and would stay here again. The building and the unit are very clean and the location puts you right in the middle of everything. I was concerned after reading reviews about noise, and though I did hear it a bit, mostly Fri/Sat, it wasn’t bad at all and I slept very well in the comfortable bed. Also mentioned was that the unit doesn’t have any view, though that would have been nice, I was out and about so much that I didn’t feel deprived. The space is very well designed and even better in person than photos IMO. My only disappointment was the lighting in the bathroom is odd and a bit dark as you try to see anything in the mirror.
The rooftop pool/gym/hot tubs are smaller but a nice bonus and well maintained.

We try to make it to PV at least once a year, but have never stayed in this building before. We loved it! Check in was super easy, and everyone from the front door staff to housekeeping were so friendly. The unit itself was very clean and comfortable. There was a little noise on Saturday night, but that’s to be expected in the Romantic Zone. It was nothing we couldn’t sleep through. Actually, the proximity to the bars and restaurants are why we picked this unit to begin with. So close to everything! The rooftop amenities were very nice and had an amazing view as well. We’re already talking about booking again and can’t wait to be back!
