Ideally located in the renowned area of Castiadas, the villa offers easy access to the stunning beach of Cala Sinzias, while providing the perfect base for exploring some of the most beautiful destinations along the south-eastern coast of Sardinia.
The entrance opens onto an elegant open-plan living area featuring a comfortable corner sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen complete with both large and small appliances. Floor-to-ceiling windows seamlessly connect the indoor living space with the furnished sea-view veranda, an inviting setting to enjoy a morning coffee in the fresh air, share memorable meals with family and friends, or simply unwind after a day spent discovering the island's spectacular coastline.
The sleeping area consists of three comfortable bedrooms: two double bedrooms, one of which features an en-suite bathroom with shower, and a third bedroom with a single bed and an additional pull-out bed. A second bathroom with shower completes the accommodation. Large windows fill every room with natural light while framing peaceful views of the surrounding countryside, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere throughout the villa.
Surrounded by a spacious private garden, Villa Silena features a swimming pool, perfect for cooling off during the warmest hours of the day, a sun terrace with comfortable loungers for soaking up the Sardinian sunshine, and an outdoor shower, ideal after returning from the beach. A private parking space is also available for guests' convenience.

The management of the house has been entrusted to the team of Sardinia Chic, a company specialized in tourist accommodation, whose goal is to offer its guests a unique experience. Sardinia Chic means dream holidays in luxury villas and apartments. Experience and exclusivity are our strengths and we are unique in the hospitality and management of the stay of those who want to enjoy the holidays in Sardinia in the name of perfection and relaxation.

Our properties are not hotels and do not have a reception desk active 24/7.
However, we truly value the opportunity to welcome you in person, as we believe every stay begins with a warm smile and a handshake. For this reason, check-in takes place in person between 4:00pm and 9:00pm. Knowing your arrival time in advance allows us to organize everything smoothly. Since we manage multiple properties, any delay may cause other Guests to wait. Punctuality is a simple yet meaningful gesture that allows us to offer every Guest a warm and timely welcome. Please notify our Booking Office of your flight or ferry arrival time at least 72 hours in advance via message or email, so we can schedule an appointment for key handover with a Sardinia Chic team member. For evening arrivals, a supplement of € 100.00 applies for check-in after 9:00pm . All requests for late check-in must be confirmed by our team.
The Contract
Upon arrival, you will be asked to sign the rental contract, required by law, for short-term tourist stays.
Deposit
The refundable deposit of € 1.000,00 should be paid by credit card at check-in. It is fully refundable at check-out unless damage is caused to the House.
Local Council Tax
The tourist tax, excluded from the total stay, is applied in accordance with municipal regulations where applicable. Please note that Castiadas council is applying a local stay tax, starting from € 1,00 per person per night (children under 10 years old are excluded). The tax concerned, for stays from the 1st of June until the 30th of September, has to be settled directly by the Guest to the properties, has to be settled directly by the Guest to the Property Manager Agency, and must be paid in cash during check-in operations.
