Arriving at Villa Susanna 9 is a unique experience: start from the private bamboo-covered parking area with stunning sea views, leave your car, and take the elevator down to level -2. From there, follow a beautiful stone path lined with greenery and flowerbeds to the villa entrance, secured by a gate and a fully fenced garden.
The villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday. Enjoy a spacious garden with barbecue and a covered terrace with a table for 6-8 guests—perfect for outdoor meals with friends and family.
Inside, the villa features a large living room with kitchen, oven, dishwasher, table for 6, and a sofa with two armchairs facing the TV. A small bedroom with a double bed (160x190) has a French door opening to the garden and a large window with sea view. A bathroom with washing machine completes this floor.
A granite staircase leads to the lower level bedrooms:
- 1 bathroom with shower
- 1 double bedroom (160x190)
- 1 bedroom with two single beds
- Both rooms have French doors opening onto a fenced, covered terrace with sun loungers and a small sofa, plus a gate for access to the pool
From the terrace, access a small annex with a bedroom (French bed 140x190) and a small bathroom with sink and toilet.
