Guest Access:

You’ll have full private access to the apartment, plus shared access to the rooftop pool during building hours. Entry is via secure self check-in (smart lock/keypad). There is no front desk or concierge on site. Check-in instructions and codes are sent before arrival.

Getting Around:

South Beach is one of Miami’s most walkable neighborhoods, featuring many restaurants, shops, and the beach within walking distance. For your grocery needs, our property is conveniently located near a Whole Foods, Publix, and a Trader Joe's.



Citi Bike stations are located just around the corner, offering a convenient way to explore the area. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are widely available throughout Miami Beach and provide easy access to and from the property.



For airport travel, Miami International Airport (MIA) and Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport (FLL) are both easily accessible by car or rideshare. Public transportation options, including local bus routes, are also available nearby for getting around Miami Beach and beyond.

The apartment is stocked with the essentials to make your stay easy and comfortable: hair dryer, iron & board, luggage rack, first-aid kit, and pool towels. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, and we’ve left a few board games for downtime. Items provided are for guest convenience and may vary slightly by unit.
