Would definitely stay here again. Good size and cute decor. Quiet neighborhood but still walking distance to parking garage and places to eat. Nice view of the bay as well.

We were able to walk to everything. Beach and restaurants and shopping on Lincoln Road and the marina etc. We saw Dolphins and the biggest cruise ship ever built,The ICON. Literally the best location to get to anything and everything one is in Miami for. The location is on a very quiet block that ends at the bay.

The property looks great in pictures but could use a little maintenance and some improvements. The click together flooring was coming apart right in the middle of the busiest part of the floor. Neither bathroom had an exhaust fan. Other than these two things our stay was great.
