POOL HEATING
Pool heating is available for $33 per day, with a minimum charge of $165 per stay.
• Must be requested at least 48 hours before check-in
• Pool heating is subject to weather conditions
• The system operates through heat exchange and may have reduced performance during unusually cold weather
Because outdoor temperatures directly affect the heating system, refunds cannot be provided when reduced performance is caused by weather conditions.
The pool is professionally serviced once per week, and the service day may vary.
Pool technicians may access the exterior pool area during your stay but will not enter the home.

BBQ GRILL
A BBQ grill is available for guest use.
The grill will be clean and ready for your stay. Propane is not included and may be refilled at a nearby retail store or propane refill station if needed.

Cleaning & housekeeping
The home is professionally cleaned and prepared before every arrival.
Mid-stay cleaning services are also available upon request for an additional fee — a convenient option for guests enjoying longer stays.

Starter supplies
This is a self-catering vacation home. To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essential items.

• Pool tech may access exterior during stay (no entry to house)
• For everyone’s safety and compliance with Florida law, parties, events, or any type of live performances are strictly prohibited. Any activity that may violate Florida law is not allowed on the property under any circumstances.

Please note: The clubhouse and resort amenities may be temporarily closed due to severe weather, heavy rain, unexpected maintenance, or other circumstances beyond our control. Such closures may occur without prior notice and are managed by the resort administration.
