* Like all vacation homes our homes are classed as self-catering accommodation. We do provide starter supplies of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper but guests are expected to purchase their own during their stay.
**Pool heating and BBQ fees are NOT included in this booking and are subject to availability and approval. Must be requested at least 72 hours before check in.**
*YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD OR OLDER TO BOOK THIS HOUSE.**
*No Party/No smoking/No Pets - Subject to penalty fee!
*Stays of 31 nights or more require a mandatory additional cleaning and laundry service; this cost is not included in the booking and must be paid separately.
PARKING:
- Vehicles must be parked in the driveway or in the garage.
- Vehicles parked in the street, blocking the sidewalk, or on the grass is at high risk of being towed at your own expense.
- There is no overflow parking.
- The clubhouse parking lot may be utilized throughout the day on a first come first served basis. No overnight parking on road.
*VRBO: According to our company's policy for identity verification purposes, you must sign the rental agreement, fill out the guest registration form, and provide a copy of your photo ID and a copy of your credit card (front part - showing only the last four digits), and a picture of yourself holding your photo ID - failure to provide the required documentation as instructed will make your reservation ineligible, and no refunds will be given (cancellation policy). - There is a mandatory refundable security deposit of $500.00*

The Host was welcoming and Magic Box responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. The house was great for adults and children to enjoy. I loved the idea of 2 refrigerators in the kitchen. I love the setup of the bedrooms. The location was a plus. It was near shopping centers and grocery stores. If I am in the area next year, I would rent it again.

Overall, my family and I enjoyed our trip. Great in-home amenities. Home came with everything! There were pots, pans, cooking and eating utensils! The clubhouse was closed so we weren’t able to use the spa or community pool but the house comes with a pool. Towels for the pool and dry towels were also provided and came 2 packs for each room. So very well accommodated. Now the downside of things, first, we were set to arrive before check in so I notified one of the representatives a few days in advance to see if they could accommodate. He was nice enough to notify me that if I called 3 or more days in advance they’d charge 60% of the daily rate even if you’d like to check in 2-3 hours early. Crazy! So, he told me to call the day of and see if there was any availability to avoid the outrageous fee. I call the day of and was told that they had early check in available but would still have to pay 116. Also, they charge to heat the pool and to use the grill. DISCLAIMER! You will have to pay to refill the propane tank after you pay to use the grill! We paid 25 to use the grill and 27 to refill the tank! Another thing, only 2 vehicles will fit in the driveway and extras will have to park down the street by the pond. You also have to check in with the front gate every time you come in the subdivision regardless if you have the pass or not.

The house is beautiful. Everything was nice. We only had one issue there was stains on the sheets and pillow cases in one of the rooms but I always wash that type of stuff when I stay at places like this. Other than that my family enjoyed themselves.
