- Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered.

- Washcloths are not provided. We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $400 fine applies.
- Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families.
- No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds.
- This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level.
- We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture.
- Please note that when parking in the driveway, be sure to pull all the way in and do not block the sidewalk. Cars that block the sidewalk are subject to getting towed, and we cannot be held responsible.
- The parking lot next to the pool and amenity area is available 24/7, while clubhouse parking is only allowed until 8 pm and not overnight.

- A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation
- Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay.

Location was great! Close to grocery and other stores. Felt safe. Property was as listed and beds were comfortable! Loved all of the blankets around the house. Televisions easy to use! Everything was clean when we arrived. Carpet and rugs could stand to be replaced, but other than that, all was great! The host is very responsive! We enjoyed our stay!

I travel ALOT! So I am big on convenience and transparency. The location of the property was great. It was 20 minutes from anything we wanted to do. Seaworld, Universal, Disney, and shopping. The house was clean and you got excatly what was listed…. However, if you want to use the grill or pool be sure to request it WAY before you arrive if you want to use it. There was a lock on the grill and when I contacted host she told me that there was no way for us to add it. Same went for the pool. The refused to turn it on even if I paid for it. And by on I mean just turn the pump on so the water wasn’t just sitting, not the heater. That was really my only issue. Other than that you get excatly what’s listed.
