About this house rental

Be ready for an amazing vacation when staying at our beautiful home!

Located in the exclusive gated community of Sonoma Resort, a brand-new vacation rental resort located next to ""The Loop"", a premier shopping and entertainment mecca, just 10 minutes from Disney parks, as upscale brand outlets, malls and numerous championship golf courses.

The open floor concept is very inviting and comfortable, featuring two large couches in the living room facing the pool (heating is an optional paid service). The kitchen is all about convenience. Large kitchen island, stainless steel appliances, luxurious granite countertop, and state-of-the-art white cabinets.

If you prefer there is also a cozy lounge on the second floor in case you want additional space to watch a movie, have a coffee, or simply enjoy your time with others!

The pool (heating is an optional paid service) and spa are welcoming so you can swim, have a barbecue (propane gas not included), or simply relax outside all day long!

Free WiFi is provided throughout the home so you can stay connected!

POOL/SPA - The Home has a welcoming Pool & Spa so you can swing or simply relax outside all day long! Heating has an additional cost of $65 USD per Day (service only for the whole stay). ATTENTION: This house doesn't have a hot tub, the water flows into the pool so the temperature from the jets or jacuzzi area is going to be the same. The jets are just air injected by a blower, so the pool will be warm but not hot.
Important message:
We clean the pool weekly and check the BBQ propane regularly with or without guests in our home. If you want to be notified of the date we will go to do the inspection, please let us know so we can avoid an inconvenience for both parties.

POOL TOWELS - Columbia Vacation Homes does provide pool towels so there is no need to bring towels from your home. We really appreciate taking care of them and leaving all of them in the home.

BBQ Grill - Patio with alfresco dining and BBQ grill (let us know in advance if you plan to use the grill; we must apply a $75 fee to cover the cost of setup and cleaning)

PARKING - Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. The house has parking spaces for 3 or 4 vehicles, depending on the size, as long as they don't block the sidewalk or any grass area. Garage for 2 additional cars. Important: Parking on the street is strictly prohibited. Any illegally parked vehicles will be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.

SHIPPING POLICY - All deliveries can be done via private carriers such as Federal Express and UPS as well as USPS. Guests must use the property address for door delivery. The resort does not receive, store, or hold packages on behalf of guests.

VALET TRASH PICK-UP - Door-step collection begins at 8 AM - 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste – loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes.

PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

Guest Interaction
Guests will check themselves into their villa using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door. Please note that Columbia Vacation Homes does not have a 24-hour staff. Our hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week.
If you arrive after our regular hours of operation, you will be good! The door is controlled with an electronic code.

Resort Access
At Sonoma Resort, you will have year-round access to a great variety of amenities for free when renting our Home!

Other details to note:

· Columbia Management provides each property with a small starter kit, which includes: One (1) roll of toilet paper, one (1) hand soap, one (1) shampoo and one (1) conditioner per bathroom; one (1) sponge, one (1) dishwasher soap, one (1) paper towel in the kitchen; one (1) laundry detergent. Additional supplies must be purchased by the guest. In case that you need more trash bags, paper towel and toilet paper please request to our company so we can provide you more. We are open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Monday through Friday.

· Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay.
- Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.

Our stay was great, lots of room for all our family, it was 20 in our party. Location is great close to shopping and the parks. Great response from management to all our needs.We will be booking this place again.

The inside of the home was very clean and bright, host was easy to communicate with, and it was nice having ensuites in all 9 bedrooms! We never had any issues with water temp or pressure. There was a total of 3 full size fridges and two dishwashers in the home which came in quite handy for our large group. The house location just inside the entrance gate was very convenient and the guard staff were nice and cordial. Only suggestions I have for the management company is to replace island bar stools, power wash around the pool and consider adding outdoor ceiling fans. I'd also repair the wood on the stairs leading to the bedroom and either scrub or repaint around the second-floor ceiling vents and smoke detectors (just cosmetic stuff). Could use an operational can opener in the kitchen and additional cooking/baking pans and some more serving dishes/bowls. While there was plenty of silverware and plates, there were no dish towels or rags, just a small sponge. The large dining table was perfect for our group and having access to a W/D was conveniently nice. Only complaint my party had was that the beds were a bit uncomfortable - if they were not super hard, they had indents in the middle. None of this would deter us from staying again. Overall, we enjoyed our time at the Luxury Home@Sonoma and have no regrets.

I have been coming to Kissimmee for the past 15 years and this is the first time I have been disappointed with a house. I knew it would be cool so I requested heated pool and use of grill. I paid for this service and upon arrival, pool was ice cold. I even called the day before to make sure the pool heating would be available. This ruin our entire trip as we love to spend lots of time in the pool. Not to mention the maintenance guy said heater was broken and could not be fixed while we were there the next 4 days. It's obvious no one checked the heating unit out prior to our arrival and in fact they didn't even come to turn it on until I emailed that the pool was ice cold. This is unacceptable, especially considering you are paying daily for this service. Management refunded the pool heating fee, but this doesn't give us access to the pool which was the reason we rented a house with a pool. Furthermore, the stairs were broken and one of my guest almost tripped and fell down the stairs. The beds need to have all the mattresses replaced and they are not very comfortable. This house is beautiful and has the potential to be top notch, but better management is definitely needed. I would stay here again if the things I mentioned are fixed.
