A vast entertaining terrace flows seamlessly from the internal living area and includes spectacular views, a dining setting for eight people, with stools, a BBQ, and sun lounges.

Conveniently located on the exclusive northern end of the island, you're a short buggy ride from all of the island's key attractions.
Room to move.
There are four spacious bedrooms, three of which have king beds. The master features a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. The second and third bedrooms have views over the pool with bathroom access directly opposite. The fourth bedroom is ideal for children and offers two single beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living area.
Luxury interiors.
Everything about this home has been thoughtfully considered and designed for optimal relaxation. It includes air-conditioning, ceiling fans, tiled flooring throughout, and a TV in each bedroom.
Kitchen.
A brand new, fully-equipped modern kitchen with granite benchtops makes self-catering a breeze.
Private 25m lap pool.
Enjoy your own private pool, as well as access to the Peninsula complex's shared pool.

A new, four-seater buggy is available for your exclusive use during your stay.

This property includes 1x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.
Kids Stay and Eat Free
For your entire stay, children up to 12 years can eat free in participating restaurants when dining with their parents and choosing from the kids’ menu.
Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment
Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.

Where and how to collect your buggy
A 4-seater buggy is included with every Hamilton Island Holiday Home.
You can collect your buggy at the airport on arrival. You will be given an overview of the rules and regulations, and demonstration of the relevant safety issues. A condition report will also be performed. You will then need to sign a registration form and provide a credit card for security (with a nominal charge of $1) before you get the key. All buggies require drivers to have a current full driver’s licence. Don’t forget to ask about insurance options. Passengers four years of age and under are required to be restrained in an approved child seat or capsule, extra charge applies.
