Edge Apartments on Hamilton Island by HIHA

Met at the airport by a rep who showed me how to use the allocated buggy and then drove me to the property and let me in. Very responsive to my messages during my stay. Went out of their way to offer a late checkout in alignment with flight timing. The property was beautiful and the location felt very safe and well looked after. There was plenty of info in advance re the items I would have as a starter pack at the property and then those that I needed to provide myself given this was not a hotel.

Would have valued having instructions inside the property for equipment eg. stove, BBQ, TV/streaming services. AC.

EVERYTHING! The view. The bath. The open feel of the villa. The staff (Lola especially) were incredible. So welcoming and friendly.

Location and views were absolutely amazing. Unit had everything we needed.

For edge apartment 6: In the master bedroom the light from the large bathroom window approx 2.5m x 2.5m comes through the bedroom and woke us up this window needs blinds. As so much light comes through. Also the master bedroom is right next to the pool fence which constantly banged loudly when people went in and out. This gate needs some kind of silencing device or a sign instructing people not to let the gate slam. Also spare bath in main bedroom the jets shoots water up high the falls and isn't directed into the bath at all. So the spa bath could not be used. Valet service was late to get us we were standing around out the front of the airport for 20 minutes even though we were told that someone would be waiting for us with a sign.
