The condo features two private terraces, each offering a completely different perspective of the surrounding landscape. The main west-facing terrace is the perfect place to relax and take in the views throughout the day, with spectacular sunsets in the evening and beautiful nighttime views of the city in the distance. This terrace also features a private hot tub, making it an ideal spot to unwind while enjoying the ocean breeze and incredible scenery.
The east-facing terrace offers expansive views of the beautiful Estuary and surrounding natural landscape. With two terraces facing opposite directions, you can easily find sun or shade at virtually any time of day, whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee, relaxing in the afternoon, or watching the sunset.
Inside, the spacious master suite features a comfortable King bed and an amazing jetted tub, creating a private retreat where you can relax after a day at the beach. The condo is equipped with Smart TVs in every bedroom and the living room, so everyone can enjoy their favorite entertainment.
