Marbrisa de Cortez is a beautifully decorated five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath home offering stunning views of the Sea of Cortez. With multiple master suites and a private guest casita, this spacious property is ideal for families or groups looking for comfort, privacy, and style.
The main house includes three master bedrooms. The first master features a king bed, large private bath, and patio access. The second master has a queen bed, private bath, ocean views, and patio access. The third bedroom offers a king bed, ocean view, and a private sink. The fourth bedroom is kid-friendly with a twin-over-full bunk bed, ocean views, patio access, and a private sink.
The fifth bedroom is a private guesthouse (casita) with a separate entrance, offering a king bed, sitting area, and its own kitchenette with a sink, small refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave, plus a private bath.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and small appliances such as a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and microwave. A large breakfast bar doubles as prep space and connects seamlessly to the open-concept great room, which features a wood-burning fireplace (please bring your own wood or fire logs), a leather sofa, HD TV with satellite and DVD player (bring your own DVDs), a dining table, and stunning views framed by large picture windows under a traditional boveda ceiling.
Outside, enjoy a spacious covered patio with furniture, an upper sun deck for panoramic ocean views, an outdoor shower, and a large gas BBQ. Additional amenities include central air and heating, ceiling fans throughout, TVs with satellite in every bedroom, and beautiful tile work throughout the home.
Pets Allowed with fee of $75 per pet whole stay. No smoking inside. Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided.

Overall a great stay. Some lights didn't work, and the heating was a little fritzy, but the weather cooperated for January and the stay was exactly what we expected. Clise beach access. Quiet.

Our stay was amazing. We were a big group. Big family. A total of 13 guest. Walking distance to the beach which was our favorite part. Kitched big and roomie Was able to cook meals for the fanily wirh out having to step out to each everytime.enough bathrooms available for a big group of people. Driving distance to a
Stores and fun activates was also short. Great communication with thr host. TVs were a bit small but no big deal because we werw out and about most of the time anyway. We will consider this place in the future

We enjoyed our two night stay but for the price we expected paper towels! We would not stay here again.
Pros: close to beach, cute house, close to town, plenty of space, liked the Mexican decor, good AC.
Cons: No paper towels, no shot glasses, patio furniture was not setup and needed to find it in the garage, lots of light switches that go nowhere, blinds were old and gross but bedroom curtains appear new, appliances were old and need to be replaced, busy street…needs work and could be much better especially for the price.
