Vistas del Mar is a charming seaside retreat with beautiful ocean views, located in the peaceful and highly sought-after Las Conchas community in Puerto Peñasco (Rocky Point). This inviting two-story vacation home features four comfortable bedrooms and three full bathrooms, providing plenty of space for families and groups. Three of the four bedrooms offer queen beds and convenient access to the home's three full bathrooms, while the fourth bedroom includes two queen beds—perfect for additional guests. Altogether, Vistas del Mar comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.
From the living room, you'll enjoy expansive views of the Sea of Cortez, creating the perfect setting to relax after a day at the beach. The living area also features a cozy wood-burning fireplace and a flat-screen TV, offering a comfortable spot to unwind and share time together after enjoying the area's many activities.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals during your stay. A beautiful kitchen island provides plenty of prep space and a welcoming place for guests to gather while meals are being prepared.
One of the home's outdoor spaces features a full outdoor kitchen area complete with a gas barbecue, bar, and sink, perfect for preparing meals while enjoying the coastal breeze. There is also a lovely patio area with comfortable furnishings and wonderful views, creating the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee, share an outdoor meal, or watch the sunset over the water.

Four family members and I were in P.P. for my nephew’s wedding. This house fit our needs. It was comfortable and included an accessible room and bathroom for my mother. If you’re new to Puerto Penasco, as we were, it would be nice to have an information binder or at least a note. IE beach access, markets close by, map of town.

We stayed here because we were going to a wedding. The location was perfect, only a 2 minute drive to the wedding house. The house was gorgeous and the view of the ocean great. It was clean and big enough for all of us.
