Located in the heart of Liverpool's city centre, this beautifully designed, spacious two-bedroom apartment offers the perfect base for exploring the city.



The Space:

Please note there is a fully refundable security deposit of £250 payable for this property before the booking is complete.



Step into our spacious two-bedroom apartment, featuring a sophisticated and modern interior that promises a comfortable stay for up to six guests.



Bedrooms:

Each of the bedrooms is generously sized and is equipped with a double bed, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. Both bedrooms face a quiet backyard, so you can enjoy a restful sleep away from the noise of the city centre



Bathrooms:

There are two bathrooms available for you to use, stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries to make your stay hassle-free. The first bathroom features a shower, and the second bathroom is equipped with both a bathtub and shower



Living Area:

The living room provides a comfortable spot to unwind, with two large sofas and a flat-screen 'Netflix-ready' TV.



Kitchen:

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for meal preparation, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee machine. The breakfast bar is perfect for socialising and enjoying meals.

Nestled in the heart of the city centre and just a stone's throw from Liverpool One, this apartment boasts an ideal location for exploring all that Liverpool has to offer. With excellent public transport options at your doorstep and a wealth of bars, restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby, you'll have easy access to the vibrant city life. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this stylish apartment is the perfect base to experience Liverpool.



Checkout is by 10am. The cleaner will arrive at this time to begin cleaning for the next guests. It is therefore vital that you stick to these pre-agreed times.



TOWELS & LINEN

- All bed linens provided (sheet, duvet cover, pillow cases)

- 1 bath towel per guest provided and a hand towel for each bathroom. Please bring your own if you require more.



SAFETY & COMPLIANCE

For your peace of mind, the property is fully equipped with essential safety features, including:

All safety equipment is positioned in line with current regulations and is easily accessible throughout the property.



HOUSE RULES

- Guests must be at least 21 years old to book and stay at this property, photo ID required after booking

- No smoking

- No parties or events

- No excessive noise after 11pm

- Number of guests in property must not exceed the number specified in the booking

- Check-out at 10am

- Lift in the building does not function. As the apartment is on the 2nd floor, you will need to climb 2 flights of stairs to reach it

With Liverpool One shopping centre just a 2-minute walk away, you'll have easy access to a wide range of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. Additionally, the proximity to bars, cafes, and attractions means you'll never be far from something to see or do.



Getting Around:

Being so centrally located, the apartment has very good transport links and is just a 5 minute walk to James Street train station and a 7 minute walk to Queens Square bus station. Travel to and from my apartment can be done with ease from just about any location across Liverpool. Lime Street station is also just a short walk away.

Please note that the lift in the building is out of service. As the apartment is on the second floor, you will need to climb 2 flights of stairs to reach it.



Please note: this building (Harrington Chambers) does not have a working intercom system. If you need to grant access to additional guests or visitors, you'll need to go downstairs to open the main door manually. We appreciate your understanding.



Please note: all guests will be required to upload their ID to our arrival form before check-in. You'll receive a secure link after booking. This is a standard security requirement for all our properties. This helps us ensure a smooth and safe stay for everyone. Thank you!



Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
