Welcome to this expansive 2,500 sq. ft. residence that boasts five inviting bedrooms and three modern bathrooms. The first bedroom features twin bunk beds, making it perfect for kids
the second and fourth bedrooms each contain two queen beds and a small TV for entertainment.
The third bedroom offers a king bed with its own TV
and the fifth bedroom also has two queen beds and a TV, ensuring ample sleeping arrangements.
Step outside to discover generous front and back yards equipped with a playground, swings and a slide, alongside a dedicated small basketball court and BBQ area. Enjoy family fun with outdoor games, a refreshing pool, and a soothing indoor hot tub.
Additional indoor activities include a indoor basketball , pool table for endless entertainment.
With a spacious parking lot suitable for trucks or RVs, this home is conveniently located just 15 minutes from both the airport and the vibrant Las Vegas Strip, 12 minutes from the convention center, and 20 minutes from the scenic Lake Mead and Hoover Dam.
A separate casita located about 150 feet away shares the parking lot, ensuring privacy with a fenced area in between there is gate for the parking with code, please make sure to close the gate after you leave/come back (please respect our neighbors)
