It was clean. Everything was literally at your fingertips, from food, ice, and to the casinos. It was easy to go from one tower to the other and then to the MGM!!!
The staff wasn’t consistent. There was a security guard checking hotel keys one night, then none the rest of the nights. The valet parking; one days you got the car quickly then the others you were waiting for about 30-40 min.

Clean, great views, comfortable and good size room.

The Signature Suites are set in a great location and easily access the monorail and the strip. There are several pools and the vibe is upscale without breaking the bank.
Coffee service was not adequate. There was coffee packets but no creamer or sugar or stir sticks. It just feels like an afterthought. Its Vegas...we need good coffee in the morning.

The view, the privacy, the location, and valet.
The room was kind of gross, and however, the booking worked didn’t allow us to have cleaning services or appliances replenished so we had to do it ourselves and go in the middle of the night to ask for toilet paper at the front desk. Our TV didn’t work three out of the four days and we couldn’t get help fixing it. And the door to our room was broken so we kept getting locked out after a long day’s/nights of walking in Vegas.
