Second time here, we love it. We got a great deal a few days before we arrived on the room. Loved that! Room was nice, quiet, no crazy smokey cassino to walk thru. We walked EVERYWHERE from our room!

I wasn't fond of the property charging me $300 for incidentals and then not allowing me to get a fan from them because I booked third party - pretty stupid if you ask me. I didn't book through them and they are charging me for incidentals, even tho it comes off after it was annoying.

I didn’t receive any breakfast from hotel. Nobody told me about it

Located a block from the strip. Main bed was comfortable. Nice sheets and towels, large bathroom.

Let property management company know via app that toilet was broken and asked for it to be fixed during our stay (not after) let them know the rubber flapper in tank needed to be replaced to stop the water from constantly running, and so the bowl will fill. Maintenance never came during our 4 days. We had to physically reach into the tank to manually place the flapper over the hole every time we used the bathroom. When I informed the management company it never got fixed, they said the request for maintenance was “missed”. Not enough toilet paper for 4 people. Pull out couch bed was so uncomfortable, that one of the adults slept on the floor. Couldn’t use valet 2 of the nights because that they were “ locked down”. Did use the MGM parking structure for free with validation (must get validation from front desk each time ( add 10 minute wait in line) but be aware it was a 20 minute walk (indoors) to get to that parking structure.
