The Space:

The Old Timer unfolds like a walk through Louisville’s past, with each room paying homage to different eras and chapters in the building’s history. Vintage-inspired details and unexpected touches give every space its own personality, while the generous layout and modern renovations give groups plenty of places to gather, play, dine, and relax.



The main level features a spacious living room and large open kitchen with oversized island seating. Five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms are spread throughout the home, while the second-floor game room adds foosball, darts, lounge seating, a smart TV, and its own mini kitchen. Outside, the private brick courtyard offers a hot tub, firepit, lounge seating, and string lights for evenings under the stars.
