Accommodating up to 8 guests, the house has been designed to provide comfort, conviviality and tranquility throughout your stay.

The bright and spacious living area features a lounge and dining space, perfect for relaxing together after a day of exploring or simply enjoying quality time with family and friends. During autumn and winter, you can also enjoy the warm atmosphere of the wood-burning stove and the comfort of a cosy fire on cooler evenings.

The fully equipped open-plan kitchen allows you to prepare your meals with all the conveniences of home.

The house offers three comfortable bedrooms accommodating up to 6 guests, as well as a sofa bed providing sleeping arrangements for 2 additional guests. A bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower completes the accommodation and caters to the needs of all travellers.

Outside, you can fully enjoy the natural surroundings that embrace the property. A table and seating for 8 guests are available for outdoor dining, enjoying a morning coffee in the sunshine, or simply taking in the peaceful atmosphere of the countryside.

Located in the heart of Burgundy, between the Mâconnais and Chalonnais regions, this country house is also an ideal base for discovering the treasures of the area. Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire house as well as the outdoor areas surrounding the property. The grounds are freely accessible, allowing you to fully enjoy the natural setting throughout your stay.

The garage is reserved for private use. For stays of one week or longer, guests will also have access to the washing machine and tumble dryer located in the utility room.

Check-in and Assistance

Self check-in is available, providing maximum flexibility for your arrival.

However, I remain available before and during your stay should you have any questions or require assistance. You can easily contact me by phone or through the booking platform.

Additional Information

For security purposes, two outdoor cameras are installed on the property:

One on the side gable of the house;
One above the front entrance door.

These devices are used solely to secure the outdoor access points and do not monitor any interior spaces.

Free parking is available on the property alongside the house. Detailed arrival instructions will be provided prior to your stay.

For longer stays (one week or more), a washing machine and tumble dryer are available for your convenience.
