The Space:

Step inside through the tiled hallway into a bright, open-concept living space. The dining area features a round table for 4 and flows into a fully equipped kitchen with soft blue-gray cabinetry, an electric cooktop, dishwasher, and breakfast counter with seating for 2. Just beyond, the cozy living area offers a plush leather sofa and matching ottoman, with a wall-mounted smart TV for relaxing indoors. Sliding glass doors lead directly to the private covered balcony, furnished with comfortable outdoor seating where you can enjoy the coastal breeze.



Guests also have access to The Victorian's shared amenities, including a fitness center, outdoor pool, communal patio with grill, community hot tub area, and convenient access to the nearby beach.



This home comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests across 1 bedroom, with an additional twin-over-twin bunk bed located in the hallway nook.



Bedroom #1 features a queen-size bed and smart TV.



A full bathroom is conveniently located off the main living area and includes a single vanity and shower-tub combination.

• A resort fee is required for parking and amenity access and is paid to the lobby upon arrival. The fee is $40 for stays of 1–7 days or $80 for stays of 8–30 days and includes parking for up to 2 vehicles, amenity wristbands, and gate access codes.
