After we arrived, we discovered we were locked IN OUR ROOM. Faulty door knob & lock. Called Victorian desk and they were like, oh sorry, our maintenance staff has already gone home. You need to call the off-site Ryson property mgmt. Ryson was very helpful and sent someone over right away and replaced the faulty door knob. It was a scary hour and a waste of time that we were trapped in our room not to mention a safety hazard. Ryson saved the day...Not Victorian

Proximity to the beach
Facilities seemed a but run down since we'd been there last, building 4 elevator did not work very well. When I move the trash can our last night there, several roaches ran out
