Fabulous location, the condo was comfortable and clean and easy to access. The ‘bunk beds’ were far more spacious and comfortable than they look in the pictures so don’t let that put you off. A great stay for a good price, very happy we chose 3110.
There was nothing to dislike, just don’t expect high hotel standard communal areas as they are basic but the price reflects that in my opinion. If you want high end, pay that price.

It was secure and beautiful
The WiFi was spotty and people didn’t have the band in the pool that was required so I’m am guessing they may live there
