Former family home, our adorable 90m2 house in the heart of the village of Calvisson is ideally located between Nîmes, Montpellier and the beaches.
Reversible air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms for year-round comfort.
Large parking lot with 200 free spaces three minutes walk away.
Typical house in the centre of Calvisson, on three levels with two staircases (one of which is secure for toddlers, but not suitable for people with reduced mobility).
Located in the heart of the village, our typical house offers an authentic setting for your stay.
You enter through a convenient corridor to store bags, coats or keys, which leads directly to the kitchen.
A slightly steep staircase leads to the first floor, where there is the living room, a bathroom with toilet and shower as well as a small space with an extra bed (one place), which also serves as a games room.
The living room is pleasant and warm (air-conditioned), with its exposed stones, its Montpellier bar floor and its lounge area equipped with a television and a DVD player without internet connection so no WIFI.
A The large opening opens onto a wooded courtyard (without direct vis-à-vis), bringing in a lot of light without disturbing privacy.
On the upper floor, two small air-conditioned attic bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (140x190cm), offer a relaxing and bright space thanks to their skylights.
