Good location for us to mountain bike from the house directly onto the forest trails in nature & isolation. Fabulous house to spend time also, Daniel & Valerie were excellent at ensuring privacy but also helpful if required.Lovely outdoor & pool areas & comfortable inside. Short cycle to the cafe/ Bar & Supermarket. Big thank you jim

We spent one week in a luxury estate without open wishes. Everything was fine and the contact very pleasant. Because of various offers like boule, table tennis table, a nice pool or a trampoline, it is very recommendable for families. Thank you very much!!

Lovely couple , beautiful amazing place , nice and peaceful just what i wanted , if you like peace and quiet and walks this is ideal, ,exactly as described, they gave us a couple of bottles of wine which was very nice 😀, i took car so could drive to monoco and st tropez and also get about ,supermarket 10 mins away ,saving up now to go again awesome holiday 😀

What a beautiful spot! It had everything we needed and Daniel and Valérie were lovely hosts, available but entirely discreet. The highlight for us was the pool area - we spent most afternoons there, enjoying the respite from the heat of the day. The home is a great base for exploring the area and a trip to the beach was only about 35 mins away. We’d definitely recommend a stay here!

The booking process was very smooth and We had no problems with it . Unfortunately we missed out flight and had to drive down from England - this meant that our arrival at the property was very late at half past midnight. Daniel and Valerie stayed up to receive us . Valerie showed us around the property and how the appliances worked . There was a welcome pack with a bottle each of rose and red wine from the local winery Heracles . After this we were left to enjoy the property. The weather was a mixed bag with rains and 2 days of sun which allowed us to use the pool on 3 days ! For the kids there is a trampoline and table tennis facility . Darka their adorable dog was a big hit with the kids . The property is well placed to explore the region with Avignon , Pont Du Gard and Nimes just a short drive away . A visit to the Camargue region would reward you with sight of salt marshes and flamingoes . There is a well stocked supermarket ( Super U) just over a mile away . There are a couple of local bakers with a good selection of local breads on offer at very reasonable prices . There are a few good walks around the property. The property in itself is relatively new and very well presented . Linen is supplied but don’t forget to take your towels for the pool (and for the British a small kettle for the cuppa) . We managed to communicate with Daniel (given our knowledge of French was limited to Bonjour and Merci ) very well and we thank him and Valerie for their hospitality. We enjoyed our short stay in Vergeze and would recommend the villa .

Daniel and Valerie spent a lot of time when we arrived showing us where everything was, how appliances worked etc. From then on, they were very discrete, always available , never intrusive. The house itself is very spacious and well equipped. The gardens, pool and associated pool house with bbq etc are excellent. And they are in practise private since Daniel and Valerie leave you with complete use. Excellent base for seeing the area. Would definitely think of going back. Very friendly locals, lots of good value restaurants.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans ce mazet même pour un mois de février la cheminée étant de la partie .Il y a le confort ,la tranquilité et les propriétaires sont très accueillants;nous y reviendrons certainement mais quand le temps sera meilleur pour profiter de la piscine et de la cuisine d'été.
