About this house rental
Private owner renting a 40 m² furnished and air-conditioned villa that can accommodate up to 6 people. It is located in a quiet, secure vacation resort with swimming pools. This resort offers a variety of activities (for teens, children, and adults) during peak season, multi-sport courts, ping-pong tables, a splendid fitness trail through the garrigue, mini-golf (for a fee: 1 euro), as well as a convenience store, a restaurant-bar (high season only), and a laundromat.
The villa features, on the first floor, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, electric kettle, drip coffee maker, a Dulce Gusto machine, a half-bath with closet, a living room with TV, and a sofa bed (sleeps 2). The upper floor features a bathroom with a hair dryer, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bedroom with two single bunk beds. There is a 20 m² terrace with patio furniture and a table with a parasol.
The villa is located in a vacation complex in the heart of the garrigue (21 ha), in a quiet, secure setting, with an outdoor pool (300 m³) open during the summer season and an indoor pool (140 m³) open year-round. Ideally located at the gateway to the Camargue and the Cévennes, 30 km from the beaches, 20 km from Nîmes, 13 km from Sommières, 47 km from Uzès, and 40 km from Montpellier, you’ll be able to enjoy this beautiful region.
Optional extras: * Bedding: 15 euros * Towels: 15 euros * Travel crib: 15 euros, payable upon arrival. A designated parking space for the property is located nearby. The villa must be left as clean as you found it. If necessary, a cleaning fee of 60 euros will be charged.
No pets allowed. Non-smoking property. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
